They've made it to Wales
Received an email that my Son and his wife, Izzy, made it to the UK where her family lives. I'm sure it was a long exhausting trip. After driving from GA to NY to wait 5 hours for their plane to leave, they then had to sit on the plane for 4 hours due to 'mechanical difficulties', then had to get off the plane and ended up having to be put up in a Hotel in NY for the night and next day had to wait alllll day until the plane ended up leaving that evening. So glad the 'mechanical' problem was rectified! But they made it safely and are catching up on their rest!!! Hope to hear from them soon. Hope everyone has a great day!

Your son and his wife must have thought they'd never get to Wales!! It'll make their time there even more special. Thank you for the lovely comment you left on my blog. All I can say is "Do it! Go ahead and make a quilt!" Especially if you like collecting fabric. Making quilts is so much fun. Keep me posted.
