Hope all families will be celebrating a wonderful "Father's Day" with their Dads - be it near or far away. I'll be making a phone call to wish my Dad a Happy Father's Day but will be seeing him the week of the 4th of July. Actually I'll be seeing him, my Mom, and all my siblings and their families as that is the week of our annual family reunion!!
Onto re-visiting my "sewing" side!
I'ts been awhile .... but today I will enter my "sewing room" and CREATE....it's been tooooo long! Up until about two years ago "hmmmm when we moved here to our new home" I was in the business of making "Boutique Bags" and selling them at the shop where I work as a hairstylist! That was put to the wayside while I went on with living the busy life of setting up house in our new home..... We've accomplished a lot, and even though we aren't finished (there will always be something more to do when you own a home) I want to begin sewing again. After all....my sewing room was one of the first rooms that my husband painted and created a wonderful workspace for me. Up until now I've only done a little embroidery here and there and a little monogramming for friends, but I really am feeling the itch to do more.....So, after church I'll proceed to enter the confines of my special creative space!!! Then maybe I'll have more to blog about..... until then....happy blogging....
